This Act is the Copyright (Infringing File Sharing) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . This Act amends the Copyright Act 1994. The definition of in section 2(1) is repealed. Section 92A (as inserted by the Copyright (New Technologies) Amendment Act 2008, but not in force) is repealed and the following section substituted: In this section and sections 92B to 92E, unless the context otherwise requires,— means a person who does either or both of the following: offers the transmission, routing, or providing of connections for digital online communications, between or among points specified by a user, of material of the user's choosing: hosts material on websites or other electronic retrieval systems that can be accessed by a user means the services referred to in the definition of
