This Act is the Accident Compensation Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council, and 1 or more orders may be made appointing different dates for different provisions. If any provision of this Act has not earlier been brought into force under , it comes into force on the day that is 1 year after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Accident Compensation Act 2001 (the ). Section 123(2)(j) is amended by adding and also by adding the following paragraph: of the Legal Services Act 2011.
