This Act is the Telecommunications and Other Matters Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. However,— (which relate to levies) come into force on ; and (which amends the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013) comes into force 6 months after Royal assent. This amends the Radiocommunications Act 1989. After section 2, insert: The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in have effect according to their terms. After section 65, insert: The purpose of this Part is to enable the Secretary to enforce breaches by providers of telecommunications services of certain provisions of the Telecommunications Act 2001 and the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013. This Part applies to— radio licences;
