This Act is the Building and Construction (Small Stand-alone Dwellings) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a date set by Order in Council. However, come into force on the day after Royal assent. Any part of the Act that has not come into force 2 years after Royal assent comes into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Building Act 2004.
