This Act is the Legislation (Definitions of Woman and Man) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date of Royal assent. This Act amends the Legislation Act 2019. After section 13, insert: In any legislation, regardless of gender identity,— means an adult human biological female; and means a human biological female. In any legislation, regardless of gender identity,— means an adult human biological male; and means a human biological male.
