Education Amendment Bill (No 3)

This Act is the Education Amendment Act (No 3) . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Part amends the Education Act 1989. Every reference in this Act to a section in Part 26 of the Education Act 1989 is a reference to that section as substituted by the Education Amendment Act 2006.
