This Act is the Crown Minerals (Decommissioning and Other Matters) Amendment Act . come into force on the day after the date of Royal assent. also comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent, but only to the extent that it relates to— of the principal Act: of the principal Act. The rest of this Act comes into force— on 1 or more dates set by Order in Council; or 24 months after the date of Royal assent, for any provision in this Act that has not come into force by then. An order under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
