This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. amends the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. Subparagraph (d)(v) of the definition of in section 5 is amended by omitting . Section 38(2)(a) is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 92(b)(iv) is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 104 is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 154(1)(k) is amended by omitting and substituting . amends the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989.
