This Act is the Corrections Amendment Act . This Act, except , comes into force on the day after Royal assent. come into force on a single date set by Order in Council. If have not come into force by the first anniversary of Royal assent, they come into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Corrections Act 2004.
