This Act is the Infrastructure Funding and Financing Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. This Part amends the Infrastructure Funding and Financing Act 2020. Repeal section 3(1)(a) and (b). In section 7(1), insert in their appropriate alphabetical order: means the costs of the construction of eligible infrastructure that are set out in section 9(3) means a parcel of land that meets the requirements of means funding under this Act for eligible costs relating to eligible infrastructure , in relation to a water organisation, has the same meaning as in section 4 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 , in relation to a water organisation, has the same meaning as in section 94(5) of the Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025 or means a responsible levy authori
