This Act is the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission/Te Waihanga Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— means the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission/Te Waihanga, established under — means the expectations of the communities that use, or will use, the infrastructure or the services that result from the infrastructure; and includes expectations in relation to— benefits and other outcomes that result from the infrastructure or services; and how the services are delivered; and the quality of the services; and how the infrastructure is built and maintained means the period— beginning with writ day ; and ending with the day that is 2 months after the day of commencement of the next
