This Act is the Immigration (COVID-19 Response) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Immigration Act 2009 (the ). After section 11, insert: The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in have effect according to their terms.
