This Act is the Taxation (Budget Tax Measures) Act . This Act comes into force on the date on which it receives the Royal assent, except as provided in this section. are treated as coming into force on 1 June 2009. Sections 5(2), 6(2), 7(2), 8(2), 9(2), 10(2) and (3), 11(2) and (3), 12(2) and (3), 13(2) and (3), 14(2) and (3), 16(2), 17(2), and 32 of the Taxation (Urgent Measures and Annual Rates) Act 2008 are repealed. Sections 29(2), 30(2), and 31(2) of the Taxation (Business Tax Measures) Act 2009 are repealed.
