This Act is the Companies (Address Information) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a single date set by Order in Council. If the Act has not come into force by the first anniversary of Royal assent, it comes into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Companies Act 1993.
