This Act is the Weathertight Homes Resolution Services (Financial Assistance Package) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . Any provisions of this Act that are not in force on the day that is the first anniversary of the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent come into force on that anniversary date. This Act amends the Weathertight Homes Resolution Services Act 2006.
