This Act is the Land Transport (Revenue) Amendment Act . comes into force on the day after Royal assent. comes into force on a date or dates set by Order in Council. Any provision of that has not come into force 6 months after Royal assent comes into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This subpart amends the Land Transport Management Act 2003. In section 5, definition of , delete . In section 5, definition of , replace with . Replace section 10(2)(ba) with: any toll revenue collected in respect of a road tolling scheme if— the Minister has approved that toll revenue inflow in writing; and the activities to be funded by that toll revenue inflow are specified, in accordance with
