This Act is the Animal Products Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. amends the Animal Products Act 1999. Section 4(1) is amended by repealing the definitions of , , , and and substituting the following definitions: means— a person who is recognised by the Director-General under ; and a group of persons who are recognised by the Director-General under means a natural person who— is recognised by the Director-General under ; or is a member of a recognised class, but only— to the extent that the person carries out the specified functions and activities for which the class is recognised; and while the person continues to hold the qualifications or meet the other membership criteria according to which the class is defined in
