This Act is the Public Finance (Mixed Ownership Model) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. amend the Public Finance Act 1989. After section 1A(2)(e), insert: places limits on the ownership of the companies named in ; and In section 2(1), insert in its appropriate alphabetical order: has the meaning set out in After section 3A, insert: The Governor-General may, by Order in Council, amend to replace the name of any company in recognition of a change in its name.
