This Act is the Taxation (COVID-19 Resurgence Support Payments and Other Matters) Act . This Act comes into force on the date on which it receives the Royal assent, except as provided in this section. comes into force on 1 April 2021. amend the Tax Administration Act 1994. This section amends section 3(1).
