This Act is the Trust Horizon (Trust Variation) Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to amend the terms of trust by— broadening the Trust’s objects from energy related purposes to charitable purposes; and allowing the terms of trust to be varied, providing that the approval of the High Court is obtained. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— means the date on which this Act comes into force means the trust deed for the Trust as at 1 April 2021, as uploaded to the register of charitable entities (within the meaning of the Charities Act 2005) on 21 June 2021 means the charitable trust— originally known as the Bay of Plenty Electricity Consumer Trust; and established by deed of trust dated 1 August 1994, and subsequently amen
