This Act is the Resource Management Reform Act . come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. comes into force as follows: on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent, for the purposes of the preparation of the first Auckland combined plan under of the Local Government (Auckland Transitional Provisions) Act 2010: on the day that is 3 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent, for all other purposes. comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council, and 1 or more orders may be made appointing different dates for different provisions.
