This Act is the Residential Property Managers Act . , , come into force on the day after Royal assent. come into force on the day that is 24 months after Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day that is 18 months after Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to promote and protect the interests of residential property owners and tenants, and promote public confidence in the delivery of residential property management services. The Act achieves its purpose by— establishing a licensing and regulatory system for persons and organisations who provide residential property management services: creating an RPMO licence and 3 classes of residential property manager licence for individuals who are residential property managers: establishing industry entry standards and provid
