This Act is the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act . and come into force on the date specified in an Order in Council made under . The rest of this Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations. The Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations must not recommend the making of an order for the purposes of unless Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau has provided the Minister with a copy of all the following documents: the trust deed establishing the Tūpuna Taonga o Tāmaki Makaurau Trust: the certificate of registration for the Whenua Haumi Roroa o Tāmaki Makaurau Limited Partnership: the certificate of registration for the Tūpuna Taonga o Tāmaki Makaurau Trust L
