This Act is the Fisheries (Foreign Charter Vessels and Other Matters) Amendment Act . come into force on . The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Fisheries Act 1996 (the ). Replace section 103(1)(c) with: that person complies with all conditions of registration. In section 103(4), after , insert .
