This Act is the Healthy Homes Guarantee Act . comes into force on the date that is 5 years after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This amends the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000 (the ).
