This Act is the Racing Industry Amendment Act . come into force on the earlier of the following: a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and the date that is 2 years after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. An Order in Council made under is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
