This Act is the Trade (Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties) Amendment Act . comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. his Act comes into force Royal assent. This Act amends the Act that was previously called the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (the ). Repeal the Long Title. As from the commencement of this section,— the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 is called the Trade (Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties) Act 1988; and every reference in any enactment and in any document to the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 must, unless the context otherwise requires, be read as a reference to the Trade (Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties) Act 1988.
