This Act is the McLean Institute (Trust Variation) Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to provide for variation of the terms of the McLean Institute, including its charitable objects and the powers of the Trust Board, by varying the terms of the Trust contained in the will of the late Allan McLean (as amended by the McLean Institute Act 1909, the McLean Institute Act 1930, and the McLean Institute Act 1934) in accordance with the trust deed.
