This Act is the COVID-19 Public Health Response Amendment Act . The following provisions come into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council: : (to the extent that it relates to new of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020): (to the extent that it relates to new of that Act): : (to the extent that it relates to new of that Act). The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent.
