This Act is the Resource Management (Natural and Built Environment and Spatial Planning Repeal and Interim Fast-track Consenting) Act . come into force on the day that is 9 months after the rest of this Act comes into force. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in have effect according to their terms. This Act binds the Crown. The Natural and Built Environment Act 2023 (2023 No 46) is repealed. The Spatial Planning Act 2023 (2023 No 47) is repealed. The Natural and Built Environment (Forms and Fees) Regulations 2023 (SL 2023/259) are revoked. Amend the legislation specified in as set out in that schedule.
