This Act is the Civil Defence Emergency Management Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002 (the ). In Schedule 1AA, after clause 7, insert the Part 2 set out in the Schedule of this Act.
