This Act is the Copyright (Artists’ Resale Right) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. This Act amends the Copyright Act 1994. The following Part is inserted after Part 9: In , unless the context otherwise requires,— means an auction house, gallery, dealer, and any other art-market intermediary or professional person involved in the business of dealing in artistic works means— the author who creates an artistic work; and in relation to a computer-generated work, the person by whom the arrangements necessary for the creation of the artistic work are undertaken means an original work that is— a graphic work, photograph, sculpture, collage, or model, irrespective of artistic quality; or a work of artistic craftsmanshi
