This Act is the Insurance (Prudential Supervision) Act . , this section, , 42 to , 102, 199 to 208, 211 to 213, 225 to 229 , 232(1), and to 239 , , and come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. come into force on the earlier of the following: the day that is 18 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent: a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and 1 or more orders may be made bringing different provisions into force on different dates. comes into force on the day that is 3 years after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day that is 18 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The purposes of this Act are to— promot
