This Act is the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (the ). After section 2, insert: An example used in this Act is only illustrative of the provisions to which it relates. It does not limit those provisions. If an example and a provision to which it relates are inconsistent, the provision prevails. The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in have effect according to their terms.
