This Act is the Aquaculture Legislation Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal assent. This amends the Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004. Section 39(c) is amended by omitting and substituting .
