This Act is the Employment Relations (Triangular Employment) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the earlier of the following dates: a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council: the date immediately after the expiry of the 12-month period. In this section, the is the period of 12 months that commences on the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Employment Relations Act 2000 (the ).
