This Act is the Financial Markets (Derivatives Margin and Benchmarking) Reform Amendment Act . comes into force on the day after the date of Royal assent. Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. One or more orders may be made under bringing different provisions into force on different dates. Any provision that has not earlier been brought into force comes into force on the expiry of the period that starts on the date of Royal assent. This subpart amends the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 (the ).
