This Act is the Employment Relations Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. This Act amends the Employment Relations Act 2000. After section 6(1)(c), insert: excludes a specified contractor. After section 6(6), insert: In this section, means a person ( ) who has entered into an arrangement with another person ( ) under which person A either performs work for person B or performs work for a third party that is facilitated by person B, and— that arrangement includes a written agreement that specifies that person A— is an independent contractor; or is not an employee; and person A is not restricted from performing work for any other person, except while performing work for person B or facilitated by person B; and either— person A is not required to perform,
