This Act is the Financial Markets Conduct Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. However,— to , , and come into force 6 months after Royal assent; and , to , , , and come into force on a date or dates set by Order in Council. If has not come into force by the first anniversary of Royal assent, it comes into force then. Any provision of , , , , , and that has not come into force by the third anniversary of Royal assent comes into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Part amends the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
