This Act is the Local Electoral (Advertising) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . This Act amends the Local Electoral Act 2001. Replace section 113(2)(b) with: the advertisement contains a statement setting out the true name and contact details of the person or persons for whom or at whose direction it is published.
