This Act is the End of Life Choice Act . This Act comes into force 12 months after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. If a majority of electors voting in a referendum respond to the question in supporting this Act coming into force, this Act comes into force 12 months after the date on which the official result of that referendum is declared. The wording of the question to be put to electors in a referendum for the purposes of of this section is— Do you support the End of Life Choice Act coming into force? The wording of the 2 options for which electors may vote in response to the question is— Yes, I support the End of Life Choice Act coming into force. No, I do not support the End of Life Choice Act coming into force. This section overrides any other enactment to the extent t
