This Act is the Holidays Amendment Act . and as far as it relates to section 29 of the principal Act come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on . This Act amends the Holidays Act 2003. Section 5(1) is amended by inserting the following definitions in their appropriate alphabetical order: means a rate of pay calculated in accordance with has the meaning given to it by section 29 — means a payment that the employer is not bound, by the employee’s employment agreement, to pay the employee; but does not include a payment that the employer is bound, by the employee's employment agreement, to pay the employee, even though— the amount to be paid is not specified in that employment agreement and the employer may d
