This Act is Te Ture Whenua Māori Act . This Act comes into force on a date or dates set by Order in Council, and 1 or more orders may be made bringing different provisions into force on different dates . Any part of the Act that is not already in force on comes into force then. apply with the following exceptions: of comes into force on the day after the date of Royal assent: of comes into force on the first 1 July that falls— at least 9 months after the date of Royal assent; and after the date on which to come into force. In this section, includes any item or part of an item in any of the schedules.
