This Act is the Appropriation (2010/11 Financial Review) Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. The purposes of this Act are to— confirm financial matters relating to the financial year ended 30 June 2011; and validate other financial matters relating to the financial year ended 30 June 2011. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms , , , , , , , and have the meanings given to them by section 2(1) of the Public Finance Act 1989. The incurring of emergency expenses approved by the Minister of Finance under section 25 of the Public Finance Act 1989 for the financial year ended 30 June 2011 and described in is confirmed.
