This Act is the Immigration (Fiscal Sustainability and System Integrity) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent, with some exceptions. (which make amendments in relation to decisions about applications for a warrant of commitment) come into force 3 months after Royal assent. (which make amendments in relation to deportation) come into force 6 months after Royal assent.
