This Act is the Families Commission Act Repeal Act . This Act comes into force on the later of— 30 June 2018; and the day after the date of Royal assent. The purposes of this Act are to— repeal the Families Commission Act 2003; and disestablish the Families Commission; and provide for the consequences of that disestablishment; and make consequential amendments to other Acts. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— means— the position of Families Commissioner: membership of the Families Commission: membership of the Social Science Experts Panel includes real or personal property, money, rights, or interests means the Families Commission established by section 6 of the Families Commission Act 2003 has the same meaning as in section 10(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 includes d
