This Act is the Patent Attorneys Act . The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent: and this section: (which contains the preliminary provisions): (which relates to the setting of qualification requirements for patent attorney applications): (which relate to the code of conduct for patent attorneys and patent attorney companies): (which relate to the Board and its membership): (which contain the regulation-making powers).
