This Act is the International Crimes and International Criminal Court Amendment Act . This section and come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. One or more orders may be made under bringing different provisions into force on different dates. This Act amends the International Crimes and International Criminal Court Act 2000 (the ).
