This Act is the Sustainable Biofuel Obligation Act . This Act comes into force on . The purpose of this Act is to provide for an obligation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by increasing the supply and use of sustainable biofuels for transport purposes. This Act— requires an obliged person to reduce emissions from their use of liquid fossil fuels by including a certain amount of sustainable biofuel in that fuel in accordance with annual emissions intensity reduction percentages set out in the Act; and provides for investigation, monitoring, and enforcement of that biofuel obligation by the EPA. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— means any gaseous or liquid fuel produced from biomass that can be used as a fuel for engines means the obligation in and any regulations made
