This Act is the Domestic Violence—Victims' Protection Act . This Act comes into force on . This amends the Domestic Violence Act 1995 (the ). In section 2, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order: means— a police report confirming attendance at an incident involving domestic violence; or a record of a police caution relating to domestic violence; or a record of criminal proceedings for an offence relating to domestic violence; or a record of a conviction for an offence relating to domestic violence; or a record of a court's finding of fact of domestic violence against a person by another person; or a court order relating to domestic violence; or a report from a medical practitioner stating that a person has injuries or a condition consistent with having suffered domestic violence; or
